As if we needed a day to chill from a vacation, but chill we did. The tender didn't have to unload any boats today, so we just lounged around the boat. It looked like there was not going to be any action, so I strolled around beautiful downtown Petersburg just to get the blood moving.
Just about noon time Jim decided it was such a beautiful day that we would take another plane ride, this time going to the Devil's Thumb. See the pictures I can't describe the wonderful sights we saw, including Serenity Lake.
When we landed Jim found out that the cannery wouldn't have use of the Kupreanof until sometime tomorrow, and Clifford was due back, so it was decided to have a BBQ of elk burgers and assorted veggies. And of course wine.
